She has a special interest in many areas, including triathlon/running injuries, sports injuries, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, concussions, post-surgical conditions, osteoarthritis, as well as neurological disorders (including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Dementia, and Parkinson’s disease).

TOBY

Clinic Dog & Chief Morale Officer

Toby is our resident clinic dog and the unofficial greeter at Carly Ross Physiotherapy. He’s a 5-pound Chihuahua rescue with a big heart and an even bigger personality. Toby joined the team in May 2025 when Carly rescued him at 1.5 years old. After a very difficult start to life, he’s still learning to trust the world, but he has made incredible progress and now brings a calm, comforting, and extremely gentle (and undeniably cute) presence to the clinic.

Toby will often come to the door to greet people with a polite little sniff, though he’s not quite ready for pats just yet. You might catch him stretched out in the best sun patch, quietly supervising your session, fast asleep in his little house, or investigating what you’re doing — just pretend you don’t see him, or he gets a bit nervous about being caught in the act.

Toby is a cherished part of our team culture — reminding us daily that patience, resilience, and progress takes time. We’re grateful to share the clinic with him, and many patients find his soft, docile presence grounding, uplifting, and an extra dose of joy during their visit.

Meet our Clinic Roommate!

VICTORIA GALLETTA

BHSc. (Human Kinetics), PGCert. (ESLM), Registered Kinesiologist, Owner Of Pure Movement.

Victoria’s primary clinical focus is Aquatic Therapy, where she provides personalized one-on-one sessions and teaches small group classes designed to improve strength, mobility, and confidence in movement. Aquatic Therapy offers benefits for a wide range of conditions, including arthritis, post-operative joint recovery, and orthopedic injuries. The natural properties of water—especially buoyancy—help reduce stress on the joints and allow the body to move more freely, making it possible for clients to perform exercises and movements that may be difficult or painful on land. She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education through the Canadian Aquatic Rehab Institute (CARI), where she has completed courses in Foundational Aquatic Therapy, Aquatic Therapy for Gait and Balance Retraining, and Aquatic Therapy for Chronic Pain and Management.

At this time, Victoria’s client roster is full and she is not accepting new clients.
